Kara Felderhoff Rauschuber, CPA
Managing Shareholder
Kara was born and raised in Muenster, TX. Kara has been working in public accounting since 2012 and has experience with all types of businesses and individuals. Although she works with a full spectrum of businesses, her areas of expertise include oil and gas, farming operations, retail, and service operations. She originally purchased the firm in August 2019 and has been diligently working with those clients and now also working with new clients. She is also very dedicated to her hometown community. She is a treasurer of The Alumni Corp & Supporters who solely benefits Sacred Heart Catholic School. During her time off, she particularly enjoys spending time with family in the outdoors.

Abby Dieter, CPA
Managing Shareholder
Abby is a certified public accountant that has been in public accounting since 2014. She grew up in Lindsay, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University with her Master of Science in Accounting. She has experience working with individual and business entities for all their tax consulting, planning, and tax preparation needs. Abby joined Kara to form Rauschuber & Dieter PC in October 2021. Together they are excited to continue meeting the needs of their current clients as well as welcoming new clients. Being a Cooke County native, she loves being able to work with the members of the community where she was raised. Abby also enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and raising cattle.
